This site is a collection of internal tools provided by Authentic Games Studio ("AGS", "we", "us") for use by our staff and authorised users. This policy explains what data the tools handle and what leaves your device. It applies to every tool hosted on this subdomain.

The short version

We do not run a database, set cookies, use advertising, or track you across this specific tools site. The details you type into a tool stay in your browser and are used only to produce your result. The only data that leaves your device is described below.

Information you enter

The Signature Generator asks for your name, role, and phone number so it can build your email signature. This information is processed entirely within your browser to render the signature and place it on your clipboard. It is not sent to us or to any server, and it is not stored — it is gone when you close or reload the page.

Country auto-detect (IP address)

To save you a step, the phone field tries to pre-select your country automatically. To do this, your browser makes a request to a third-party geolocation service, api.country.is, which reads your IP address and returns a two-letter country code.

• Your IP address is shared with that service only for this lookup; we do not receive or store it.
• No other personal data is sent with the request.
• If the lookup fails or is blocked, the tool simply defaults to a country — nothing breaks, and you can change the country manually at any time.

Their handling of the request is governed by their own privacy terms. An IP address can be considered personal data under laws such as the GDPR, which is why we disclose this.

Other network requests

• Fonts are served from this site, not a third-party font CDN.
• The signature includes the AGS logo image and a link to our website, both hosted on AGS infrastructure.

What we do not do

• No cookies or similar tracking technologies.
• No analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers.
• No accounts, and no storage of the information you enter.

Data retention

Because we do not collect or store the information you enter, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side.
